We loved the space. The pool is fun. The house is perfect for 8 people. Location is excellent and easy to walk to the beach. Love the carts to take chairs to the beach! We talked about renting the house again over the fourth in 2023 when we come back. Highly recommend.

Great place that is walking distance to beach. Very clean with alot of amenities.

Although I would love to try to keep this house a secret so I can rent again in the future, I must tell everyone how perfect of a house this is. We timed our walk to the beach. From the house to sand was 4 minutes! Once you get to the beach, you are steps away from renting umbrellas, chairs, or to book wave runners or parasailing etc. We were a 2 minute drive to the publix for anything we needed. Downtown, where all the restaurants and souvenir shops are was about 10 minute drive with construction going on. We liked this because we were close enough to the action, but it wasn’t busy or loud near the house. The house has wagons, coolers, toys and everything else you need for a fun day at the beach or pool. The house has large rooms. Note the 4th bedroom is not connected to the main part of the house. You have to go outback to access it. My teenage niece loved her privacy in the room and said it was like having her own apartment. There are about 15 steps getting into the house, which may be a problem if you have an older individual in your group. The house had all the cooking utensils we needed. We have a baby and their was a crib and high-chair for him. Mornings are peaceful drinking coffee on the screened in porch. Gabrielle made the stay even better. I messaged her with a question and she called me back right away. She was very easy going letting us have our privacy, but there if we needed her. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is this place is a gem. See you next year!

1 word-simply amazing! The house is filled with all the amenities you need! The pool is great for kids! The house is literally a 2 min walk to the beach!

There were 4 adults- Myself, husband and another couple. We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is just a block away from the beach so it is very convenient.

They provided bikes which we used on a couple occasions. We rode down to the pier on the beach and it was a very nice and easy ride.

The pool was great and we used it everyday.

Everything was provided in the kitchen that you would need. The bedrooms were very nicely furnished as well as the living room.

I stayed here with my sister and 3 year old niece and it was a blast! Having a pool and incredibly close beach access was perfect when you have kids with you. Place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked for lots of cooking, pool was perfect, and outdoor patio space was great to have as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was much closer to the beach then expected which was nice! Conveniently located near Publix and close to other shopping and restaurants too. Pool was great for the kids and the property manager was super easy to get ahold of if we needed anything.

Was wonderful. Loved the heated pool was like a large hot tub🥰

We had a great time here and the house was comfortable and very clean. Pool was excellent. Beach accessories were nice to have.

The Sea Breeze home was a great spot for our vacation. The wide, sugary sand beach was 2 minutes away and the house comes with many sand buckets, shovels, etc. that our 3-yr old enjoyed using at the beach. There are also beach chairs and a wagon to transport them to the beach.

The house also has a couple different strollers to use. We used the one with inflatable tires for walks to Publix and around the neighborhood and it worked great.

The pool was really nice and was heated to a perfect temp (about 85 degrees) for our February stay. There were beach balls and many fun noodles to use in the pool. There is a Weber gas grill by the pool that was nice for burgers and brats. The table by the pool worked well for outdoor meals.

The screened in porch was a great place for meals and to just enjoy the nice weather any time of day.

Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our family (my husband, myself, adult children + young grandchildren) could not have asked for a better place to stay while together for a family vacation! It was an easy walk (even with a toddler!) to the beautiful white beach, and it is also within walking distance to the grocery store and other shops. The storage closet was full of beach necessities (wagons, a rolling cooler, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and even a jogger-type stroller) so no need to buy any of those. Having a pool to enjoy added to our family fun! Inside, the kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, and “easy-breezy-toss-it-on-the-grill” dinners were a snap! There was plenty of space for family to gather and sleeping accommodations for all.

The whole family gave this one a two-thumbs up!

It was my husband, myself and 2 other couples and we really enjoy our 4 weeks at Palmetto. The house was clean and maintained and had everything we needed for the beach, first time in 14 years we had nice beach chairs and umbrellas. I do a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed and being so close to the Publix’s was great. We usually rent bikes but didn’t have to this year, that was nice.

We all have been coming to Fort Myers Beach for 14 years and this is the first time we are Mid Island, we really liked it but missed being closer to more restaurants and time square. This is the first year we didn’t bring a car and rented a golf cart, we won’t do that again.

We loved the pool and used it almost everyday.

If we decided to rent Mid Island again we definitely would rent The Sea Breeze.

Gabrielle was helpful and texted a few times to let us know she was stopping by to check on the pool, get something out of her private garage and ask if everything was okay.

This house & homeowner was great! Very great experience. Off on a little side street that was nice & quiet. One side neighbor was very clean, the other side was not. Lots of clutter & junk. Very nice walk to the beach. It was wonderful to have a stocked kitchen and little storage room by pool area with whatever you needed (especially for those who fly). Great vacation!

The Palmetto Beach House is a beautiful property with lots of space and light (blinds in every room). You find everything needed for a great stay. After a slow 3 minute walk with small kids you can put your feet into the snow white sand on the beach. We loved the Tommy Bahama umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool is great and we liked the views in the neighbors garden with big trees and plants. The owner Gabriela is a gem and made sure that our stay was most enjoyable. We definately recommand staying in this place.

We had a great time celebrating my son’s college graduation from FGCU! The house, pool, walk to the beautiful beach was GREAT! We will definitely plan more family vacations here! Only thing was there were limited bath towels for everyone but we made it work! Thank you for a beautiful place to vacation!

The property was easy to find, easy to access, and just as amazing as it was pictured. It’s less than 2 blocks from a main road and close to so many amenities. There’s a grocery store within 5 minutes and restaurants and shops just minutes away. There’s even a Walmart within 15-20 min.

To say that it had everything we needed would be an understatement. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had extras like a keurig machine and an air fryer. The property was clean and had extra blankets and bath towels. The in-unit, full sized washer & dryer came in handy. The property also came equipped with multiple bicycles and all the beach “equipment” we needed. When we wanted to make the short (2 block) walk to the closest beach access, we just loaded up one wagon with enough beach chairs for 5 and a second wagon with a nice-sized cooler for snacks & drinks. Beach and pool towels were also provided. Easy peasy. The back patio and pool area was the perfect size for lounging around without being on top of each other. Had we stayed longer we might have used it more, but the beach just called to us and was too convenient to pass up.

Gabriella was incredibly responsive to all our questions prior to arrival and wasted no time dealing with a maintenance issue we had to get it resolved as quickly as possible to our satisfaction. There were lots of other vacation rentals on the block, but the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.

If you’re looking for an amazing property in Ft. Myers Beach, I cannot recommend Sea Breez Palmetto enough!!! We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved this home! This was our first vacation with our baby who is 10 months old so we were a little worried how this trip would go. This home was amazing and made vacationing with a little one so easy! It is the perfect walking distance from the beach, the welcome letter recommended several restaurants that were AMAZING! We have a 9 year hold that has a chlorine allergy so the salt water pool was so perfect! This is the perfect beach rental for your family!
